Shipping and Return Policy
Hatkefatke offers free shipping on all orders across India. We usually dispatch the order within one to two working days of receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by email.
We offer a three days replacement / refund guarantee on all our products. Please email us at hello@hatkefatke.com and we will have your order picked up and shipped back to us. Kindly note that the email needs to be sent to us within 3 days of the delivery date.
Customers usually receive the products within 1 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for international locations or remote locations within India. If you have any questions about the expected delivery period for the product you are interested in, please email us at hello@hatkefatke.com
- If you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details at hello@hatkefatke.com and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver your order. Please note that carriers may charge an additional sum to deliver at remote locations, and in such cases, we will intimate you prior to delivery. Any additional taxes charged by the shipping company will be borne by the customer.
Please note that:
- Hatke Fatke shall not be liable for any delay/ non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars or any cause that is beyond the control of Hatke Fatke.
- Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes etc.
- We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused.
- Shipping of orders is specific to the address and phone number provided.
